Bring Your Love is based on the famous Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, who was an Italian mystic who renounced his wealth and lived a life of radical poverty, and later founded the Franciscan religious order. He had a deep love for the animals and the environment and lived in the late 1100's and became one of the patron saints of Italy after his death.

Nasambu was first exposed to this prayer as taught by one of her music teacher's, Dr. Dan Jackson, and they performed the song many times as a school choir. Since that time, the song and its message has held a special place in her heart.

O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
