Inspired Melodies, the first New Age instrumental album by the California-born Kenyan singer, songwriter, and band leader, Nasambu Barasa, is a personal foray into the world of inspired music. With the keys alone as instrument of expression, Nasambu created 5 songs live in the moment for the sole purpose of meditation, restoration, and relaxation, music to soothe the world weary soul and to invigorate a curiousity in the sublime state of harmony that keeps all of nature hanging in a delicate, precise balance. The ethereal sound of the keys invokes the listener's senses into a world of orchestras vibrating with violins, cellos, flutes, and harps, oboes, accordions and didgideroos.
